Event Overview

Let’s look back to January 27th, when we had the opportunity to participate in an in-house day at Kroll in Amsterdam.

It was a great experience where we:
• Worked in teams on a real acquisition case, building a valuation (inputting assumptions, calculating a discount rate, and conducting sensitivity analysis).
• Compared results with peer multiples and presented an accept/reject recommendation to a simulated board of directors, defending our assumptions.
• Gained practical insight into valuation decision-making and how to communicate results clearly - followed by networking with industry professionals.

In addition to the case, the event provided an opportunity to network with real professionals from the Investment Banking and Asset Management divisions, gaining not only great insights within the firm but also from the broader market.
