As Head of Private Equity, I lead a committee that works the way the field does: analysing industries, mapping drivers, building valuation reasoning and writing investment cases that reflect real decision standards. Private equity is about understanding where value is created and where it isn’t, and if our environment turns interest into intent, it becomes a genuine first step into the discipline the industry demands.
